I think the nice Pyra-kids richly deserve most of the press they're getting these days but to hold up one of the chief design flaws in Blogger -- the fact that you can not assign arbitrary positioning to your posts -- as somehow central to the Idea of Weblog is, at best, disingenuous. It is not rocket science, it is simply a "next id" key in the database. I studied painting so if I can do it, surely they can too.
