DESCRIPTION
    ImageWidget plugin to speak an image's title and description.

REQUIREMENTS
    * MacOS X
        Currently, this tool only works for MacOS X. This is not a feature
        and I plan to add Windows (and Unix) support as time permits.
        Patches are welcome.
